How long will it take for me to get my order?
After you approve your final artwork, we will complete your screen printing or embroidery order within 7 to 10 business days and ship the following day.

How much is your set up fee for t shirt screen printing?
There is a $15.00 charge per screen (color) and $10.00 charge for film up to 12" X 12"

How much does it cost for you to design artwork for me?
Our standard rate is $50 an hour, but it really depends on what we are designing, and what we are designing it for (screenprinting or embroidery). Before we start any artwork, you will know upfront what the charges will be. You will never get stuck with a charge you were not aware of.

Can I get a garment sample?
Yes, we can provide sample garments. We just ask that you pay for the shipping costs to send it to you. Remember, this is a BLANK garment, no embroidery or screen printing will be on the garment.

Can I get a catalog?
Yes! Our catalog is online and you can see them here. Clown Company, Inc. carries a variety of products from a number of vendors and can find almost anything you need. Contact us at 1-800-373-9896 or email us and we will be happy to search for your special request.

Can you match PMS colors for screen printing?
PMS colors are designed for paper ink to be placed on white stock. You may indicate what PMS color you would like and make one of two choices:

  1. Choose a stock ink color that is close to the PMS color.
  2. Pay extra for a PMS color match, but understand it cannot be guaranteed to be exact on a textile, especially if it is not screen printed on white.

Is there a minimum order?
For embroidery and digital, there are no minimums, as far as screen printing, we ask that you order at least 5 items - There is no Maximum, we can handle your big orders.
