First off, shop is located at 706 East Kearney, 2-blocks East of Galloway near historic, old Down-Town Mesquite, Texas.

Up front you'll find racks full of sample shirts, caps, jackets and other merchandise. There are examples of our work in 1-color and multi-color screen printing and embroidery. So, look around. The climate's friendly and the ideas are free.

Also up front, are several displays of standard T-shirts and colors. If you don't see it here, we'll get it. Whatever it takes to get our customers the quality, and price they need.

Once we've outlined your needs, our artists will prepare your design for production. We require camera-ready separations with full registration for screen printing and full-color layout art for embroidery. We can work with your artist on output requirements, or we can work from your existing line-art or computer files.
Or, if you prefer, we offer complete design and pre-press services at below market rates. (We frequently design a company's image from the ground up and can provide finished designs to offset printers, sign companies, advertising services and media outlets.

This thermal sublimation press was our first piece of equipment in 1986, and it's still in regular use, today. There are some jobs where this is simply the best way to produce a quality product. We're equipped for sublimation printing and thermal transfers on a wide range of textile garments and caps.

This piece is a fully automatic, pneumatically operated 6-color press with computer-controlled, pressure compensated print control and a high-intensity flash unit for efficient under-basing of full color designs on a wide spectrum of dark materials. And, it prints so fast, it takes a three person team to feed and unload it at full speed!

This HIX, 6-color manual screen press allows us to set up, and print short-run, multi-color jobs and hold registration tight enough to reliably produce half-tones and blends on a variety of materials. And, it's efficient enough to produce several hundred shirts an hour without any loss in quality.

Our HIX, infra-red dryer easily handles the workloads we ask of it while its' multi-panel technology produces consistent cure temperatures all day long. And, because it's driven by infra-red elements it's more energy efficient in production than older systems resulting in less heat build-up in our plant. That means a safer, more comfortable environment for our staff, energy savings for our planet's limited resources and cost savings for us, that we can pass on to our customers in lower prices.
