Mike: You folks really did not meet my expectations. Since the job I gave you involved taking a 3'x4' very complex oil painting, reducing it and putting it on a T-shirt, I expected production and quality problems as well as delivery delays. Instead I got a beautiful product delivered on exactly the day that it was promised. I think I can learn to live with that kind of disappointment.
